Device limits and login location

Buyer/supplier users are limited to two active devices; team users can use five with location logging.

Device limits protect private prices and inventory. Closing a browser is not the same as logging out; stale sessions should expire automatically and team users should be able to rotate old devices safely.

Login location should be recorded for every team login and, where useful, for trade users. This creates an audit trail for security and future account support.
