Holds, orders, QC, invoices, and delivery

How a search result becomes a checked, invoiced, and delivered Siemme offer.

Verified registered users can request a hold after saving a selection. The hold duration shown is based on account approval, payment tier, and stone/supplier rules.

Active holds are exclusive. The same stone cannot be held by two parties at the same time; if another buyer already has a live hold, Siemme shows the conflict and the stone must wait until that hold expires or is released.

After a hold or order request, Siemme confirms availability, supplier terms, price, certificate, media, and delivery route.

QC should cover identity, certificate, visual condition, measurements where applicable, and any buyer-specific request. If buyer and supplier countries differ, show that delivery may take up to ten working days.

Invoices, debit notes, returned stones, and payment terms must stay attached to the order record so both buyer and supplier desks can later show business done.
