Inventory refresh timing and checks

First uploads are reviewed before buyer-visible publishing; approved repeat feeds refresh on their agreed schedule.

The first supplier upload is reviewed and mapped before the inventory appears in buyer search. A clean first file is normally reviewed within one business day during soft launch; missing fields, mapping changes, pricing issues, or media gaps can take longer.

Approved repeat FTP/SFTP feeds refresh on the agreed supplier schedule. Configured automated feeds can be checked hourly, but stock becomes buyer-visible only after validation and live publish are complete.

Siemme checks required fields, price math, availability, duplicate certificates, media links, and stale feed indicators so buyers do not see unverified or outdated inventory.
