How to upload stock

Upload inventory with the Siemme template, or send your own CSV, XLS, or XLSX stock file for mapping. First files are reviewed before going live.

Recommended Standard Format: use the Siemme supplier template in CSV UTF-8 or Excel XLSX.

Accepted file types are CSV, XLS, and XLSX.

If you already export your own stock file, you can send that format. Siemme will map your columns once and confirm it for regular uploads.

Minimum fields are stock ID, stone type, shape, carat, color, clarity, price, currency, availability, and location. Helpful extra fields are lab, certificate number, measurements, image URL, video URL, and certificate URL.

First upload timing: stock does not appear in buyer search immediately. A clean first file is normally reviewed within one business day during soft launch; mapping or corrections can take longer.

Repeat suppliers can request FTP/SFTP setup. After approval, Siemme sends the private folder and connection details by email.
